Waited excessive amount of time in drive through line and received cold food. When trying to have issue resolved by going in,... employees refused to help and instead asked me to wait in an even longer line to have my problem resolved. Ignored me waiting atthe door to have issue resolved as well. Refused to refund my purchase as well. Read more
Went to JITB tonight. I have not been here is a long time but was craving the Fajita Pitas so I went. I placed a $45 food order... and when the person at the window asked if I needed sauce I proceeded to tell them yes please 6 Ranch. She then said well I canonly give you 4, to which I responded "wow $45 dollars worth of food and I can only get 4 ranch? Well that's ok Ill pay for theother 2 I need 6" She then looked at me annoyed and closed the window. When she came back to the window with my food I asked "Sohow much for the ranch...?" she then said oh its fine I put it in the bag. I said thank and drove off. My concern is why is itthat they act this way over sauce? I offered to pay for it I dont mind paying, but why have an attitude? what is the policy onsauce? Read more
Poor sanitation. You shouldn't be touching your nose and I saw two employees touching their noses handling food . No why she got... pants in between handling food and cash. Read more
