No hello, no can I help you, and no customers, go figure. Ordered a large brisket sandwich that was ice cold. I kinda figured... something was up when everyone ignored me and there was literally no customers in the place. I suggest you don't do what I did,ordered online, 1.5 hours before I could get there. They obviously got the order and ignored the fact that I set the pick uptime 1.5 hours after the order came in. I would not be taking my time to write this if someone would have owned up to themistake. They just seemed like the types to ignore the customer and hope he goes away before noticing. I have deleted the appand have no plans on returning. 10/2/22 I decide to give this place a second shot at my business. I place a online order, sitesays pick up in 10 minutes. I wait 15 to be safe, I walk in and no one is in the restaurant, I tell out "anyone working?. Afemale came out and ask what's the order name, I said guess, since there no order I. The pick up shelves.. she says there's noorders in, I say my name and she looks where the orders come in and say oh it just came in (liar), so I need to wait more timebecause they failed at their job, AGAIN. We love Firehouse subs! Their prices are reasonable and sandwiches are delicious. The staff is very nice and the restaurant is... always clean. If you want bbq sauce or any dressing just ask. Their sandwiches come with a slice of pickle which is really good. Read more

I ordered a medium Italian sub today, like I always do, and I was very disappointed to see that Firehouse had made the bread... substantially smaller. This of course meant the meat and toppings were less as well. I guess it?s a sign of the times, but I?mnot willing to pay $10 for a snack size sandwich. Nothing wrong with this store. It?s a corporate decision that they have tolive with. But it?s very disappointing. I remember when Firehouse used to make really good, big sandwiches. I guess not anymore. Read more
