Absolutely going to visit this restaurant again and again. It was my first visit and I had a difficult time choosing the burger... I wanted as all of them looked delicious. I chose the BSM with French fries. I also splurged and ordered the cup of chili and anorder of onion rings (I'm on vacation). Everything was delicious! Friendly neighborhood restaurant and bar. Went for lunch to satisfy a burger crave- Mission accomplished. The Whole Ball of Wax... Burger was legit. Also ordered the sweet potato fries which were excellent. Went the next day for an Omelet for breakfast. Alsoreally good. The hash browns were perfect. Great, fast service both times. I so love this place! I wish I can say that about most of the restaurants in Ventura. Indeed... this place is an institution!... You will LOVE their food and staff. Such amazing selection of food and you will appreciate the ambience as well. If you're intomom & pop's, this is can be your jam and your... 'gem' ! Alisha (hope I got her name spelled correctly) - She is absolutelyamazing! She is professional, kind and personable and takes super good care of the guests that she tends to. Excellent and clean location with great food. Server lady was very Kind. We did have lunch. My wife fish and chips and I had a... cheeseburger with a side of coleslaw. Excellent tasking and freshly prepared. Inside was very clean and organized. Even therestroom was great. Went back for a coffee but the can was empty so the server brewed a fresh one for me. This spot hits the spot. We ordered 2 kids cheeseburgers, a kids mac-n-cheese and the Gizmo Chicken sandwich. The... cheeseburgers and mac-n-cheese were a hit with my kids; they even put some of the mac-n-cheese on their burgers. The fries wereseasoned perfectly. The Gizmo chicken sandwich was so tasty! However, the ratio of chicken to bread and toppings are not evenclose to even. The chicken breast was so tender and juicy but really small. It was pretty much the length in size of the tomato.I ended up eating the sourdough bread and lettuce halfway through. 4 stars for the taste. I will go again, and try somethingnew. Read more
Very good customer service! Late menu there was another wall full of food you can order but I forgot to take a image of it!... Would definitely recommend for family's, it has a arcade for good prices and good prizes, everything was very elegant and therewas outdoor seating! We do not have a image of the outdoor seating because we did not sit there (we sat inside at a booth)! Read more
