Made my order, gave my code. I'm told that number is not coming up in the system. So I say, I'll come to the window.Got to... the window , the kid says ... I cant take orders at the window. I had made my order, picked my drink & sauce. The kid claimedto be the manager, refused service. It was not my mistake, not my app, it was my time & money. Very poor customer service. I satat that window for 5 minutes, I told her I was going to set there for 5 minutes. Watched employees go out and tell others in theline to honk their horns because we weren't going to move. I am very disappointed with my order that was placed today at this store #3611. The app should definitely state that the icee... machine wasn?t available. I left this restaurant very unsatisfied, definitely will not be back.
