It was our first time coming here. We were greeted by friendly employees the store looked clean and well kept. I have 4 young... children and any time we go to order anywhere I like to have them order their own items. Today was like any other time weordered from wherever it was we were at, with the exception of this employee and the way she treated and greeted my 4 children.She spoke to them with respect and like customers. I have NEVER experienced this at any other place. They usually direct theirorder to me (mom) and ignore my children. Hailey thank you for your great service with all of us. Large selection of flavors, customizable, and good prices. Boba pearls are cooked well. I've had the taro and hokkaido milk teas... and both were good. There's an option to add extra sugar but I'm not sure if you can reduce the default sugar level. Oat andalmond milk are offered as alternatives. Read more

Local family owned business with multiple locations around Ventura County with lots of customized options to satisfy your flavor... palate. I ordered taro with a shot of espresso and boba. Boba was prepared perfectly and the taro was smooth, not chalky orpowdery like some other places. Stephanie, one of the family members, helped me and was very friendly and kept up conversation.
