You needa fire these employees that work there fr, they always get the most simplest order wrong. My 10 year old nephew can do... better. Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru. & they put hazelnut shots in my drink like nobody asked for that. I just said nowhipped cream. Bring back the old crew, they were soo much better. Read more
I don?t want to be a Karen right now but this Dunkin is awful. I go almost everyday because i love Dunkin but they never get my... order right. I used to work at Dunkin and it?s not hard to read the label. I seriously think they?re doing it out of spitebecause my coffee fails to have caramel in it every single day when it?s very clearly written on the sticker. This Dunkin' is our go to stop when leaving Ventnor City for home. Parking is a little tricky but there always seems to be a... nice selection of goodies and it is never too crowded. The drive-through always seems busy so be aware. Read more
How complicated can you be to double toast a bagel? No matter how many times I tell them please extra toasted double toasted... very toasted they never put it long enough. When they do the bacon is really good when they don?t I need to ask again. Read more
So far I've experienced since it's opening: -Half the time my orders are very wrong; -The drive through gives you an unfair... priority; -Special items on the menu have a good chance of not being available but advertised; -AND items, like the entire foodmenu, may be absent at times but still secretly available. From my continual experiences above and more: This store does notusually have it's 'stuff together' and it feels haphazard to me, which creates a parade of disappointment for me every time Istep in. This is the worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to and I live in Philadelphia so that says something. I went in there and I... ordered half a dozen donuts and iced coffee and a plain bagel. They had literally only like seven donuts to choose from. Theiced coffee was disgusting and I was informed that there were no more plain bagels and all they had was everything. That wasfine so I got an everything bagel no cream cheese not toasted. I stood there for 20 minutes while the guy in the drive-throughwas making all the orders from the drive-through and the guy at the register was just standing there. I was waiting and then Iwalked over to the waiting area and asked about my bagel and the guy at the drive-through ignored what I said and then the guyfrom the cash register walked over and said he would make it . Then I was informed that there were no more bagels because theguy in the drive-through was selling bagels to people they were ordering and neglecting my order and I literally saw at least 10bagels get made while I was waiting. They asked me if I wanted an anything else and I asked for a plain croissant and they toldme there was no more. They said all they had was rye bread and English muffin or something like that. I said ?no thank you can Ijust get a refund? and he said ?no I can?t give you one you have to come back tomorrow when my manager gets here?. I told him Icouldn?t because I wouldn?t be in Jersey tomorrow and he said ?well I can give you more donuts other that I can?t do anythingfor you?. Just don?t go unless you want to waste your time. This was supposed to be a strawberry coolata ???? and this was after them... ?remaking? it (tasted watered/milk down) - Not to mention 2 of my other drinks completely melted after waiting almost 45 minutesfor an app order with no other customers.
