Paid over $30 for a pizza with extra toppings. Very little of all the toppings requested were on the pizza. It was a 16" pizza... with 7 pieces of chicken on it. Barely 2 per piece. Typical, they take your money amd don't deliver as promised. Read more
i love this dominos because the staff is always so friendly when picking up your order. they always have the food ready by the... time indicated within the online order. and there's a gentleman named jacob that always makes sure that i'm satisfied with myorder the next time i come in; he makes ordering/picking up from here so much easier and it's always correct! It began with my order being made at the wrong store .. when I realized it .. I replaced my order and called the store to make... sure the right store had received it. The guy who answered the phone was very rude .. refused to fix it .. even refuse to compmy order even tho on my end of the order the new dominos insurance gave me the option of getting my order free. When I askedfor the manager , he said he was the manager. When I asked for his name ( because I'm calling corporate ) he refused to give methat as well. I worked for Dominos for years and was the supervisor .. had I been as rude as he was .. the higher ups wouldnever allow such nastiness being treatment to a customer. Of course I have everything documented with names , times and proofmy order should have been fixed and paid for I pray he never treats anyone else as he treated me .. Ordered 4 pizzas online with a future delivery of 90 minutes. Called me 10 minutes before delivery time to tell me I live... outside of their delivery area, even though I'm exactly 6.1 miles away. Told me I could pickup the pizzas or cancel the order. So order got cancelled and Papa Johns got my new order. Will never order from this store at 732 Shamrock Blvd Venice, FL again. Read more
