If I could post a picture I would. The order of onion rings were completely burnt and served for take out. What a joke and a... waste of money. No excuse for serving that to people who pay good money for take out. Completely unacceptable! Read more

Appetizers and drinks were delicious.. the staff was super friendly and helpful! They had two furs on the drinks too!
Don't waste your time stopping here. They are still using COVID as an excuse to ignore you at the door, even though they are... usually empty. The "hostess" might eventually waddle over in slow motion if you wait a half-hour or so. Then she will seat youwherever you don't want to be seated "because they are short-staffed," even though there is nothing else for the staff to do butwatch TV. If you go through all that and still have an appetite, good luck. It won't get any better. Food will be cold, as ifthey purposely waited on it to cool before bringing it out. Service almost non-existent. Forget condiments or refills, that'snot what they do. They do, however, joke loudly about their personal lives with each other for lengthy amounts of time aroundthe computer; perhaps to avoid eye contact. If this chain can't pay enough to motivate their employees to provide the expectedservice, they need to shut down. Second and third chances have already been given. The last three experiences have all went asdescribed. The entire Applebee's brand will continue to be tarnished by this location's pitiful existence until majorimprovements in customer service are made. Read more
Food was awful. We both had burgers, lettuce wasn't fresh, meat was of poor quality. French fries were cold and soggy. Now I... remember why we haven't been there in years. On the plus side the boneless chicken wings were good. Read more

I would not normally review or go to an Applebee's not my usual restaurant type. The wait staff was great with us and... attentive. The 2 for 25 portions are huge and the drinks were on 2 for 1 or special. If someone is your party really wants togo to Applebee's this is probably the best one I have ever been in. Read more
