If I could give zero, and leave a review I would. I'm from salt lake City and ordered a pizza, pasta, and sodas fro THIS store... because it's the ONLY one that said "delivery". When my pizza showed up smashed in and topping attached to the cardboard top, Iattempted to call the number I ordered the pizza from. It was in my phone as last number called. I didn't make it up. But the"store manager" said they don't deliver to the motel Im staying it 3.5 miles from him. He was rude, and billergent. Bad customerservice no matter WHO was wrong. We love this Domino's. Our food is always right and it is the best price when I am broke. This is fast food pizza, if you want... fancy pizza go elsewhere. This is a great place to have a meal when on a budget. Depending on the specials you can get a mediumpizza for $5.99 -- $7.99. They also have mix and match specials now and again and you can get a few items for about $6.99 each. When I have blown all my money on concerts, Domino's is perfect for us. They have a decent variety of pizzas and they havesome super pastas and even dessert. I love their chocolate lava cake. I was able to get enough food for 4 people for less than$38.00, not including tip. It is best to order on line and you can pick up or have it delivered. Their delivery fee isreasonable. They have a tracker on line to let you know when you can expect your order. It can take, for us, as little as 5minutes, we live close to as much as 30 minutes. It is always hot and it is good. I've been coming to this Dominoe's for about two years, and I always order ahead of time. And I've had issues getting my order... right every single time. Literally very single time. I'm writing this review right now as I wait for a whole entire missingpizza from my order... I ordered 35 minutes ago. They did offer an item for free but I would love to just come and pick my orderup as ordered and leave. This seems to happen every time I order from this specific Dominoe's. Read more
1. Website pizza tracker and text updates didn't tell me pizza was at my house. 2. I tipped the pizza delivery guy, Marco 15%... but when I looked at one of my pizzas, the cheese was peeled off in some parts and I know that a worker didn't just "forget" tosprinkle cheese in that area because the cheese was taken off near the crust and the inside of the crust can be seen. 3. Workercompletely denied it when I called to complain. Where do I start? The 1 1/2 hour delivery? The cold pizza? How about half my order not showing up? Calling the store and waiting... 25 minutes to talk to someone? Then finally talking to someone and being called a liar? Also being charged for sauces theydidn't have and they didn't even try to replace? Worst experience I've ever had and I've never been treated that bad. I willnever give dominos a cent of my money ever again. Instead you will find me over at abbots pizza which has an incredible productand amazing people working there. Good riddance. ***update just realized that the cheesy bread that they delivered after Icomplained and they said I was lying, was uncooked. What I thought was cheese is uncooked dough.
