Last night was our second visit to Chez Tex. I think it was even better than the first.....and that was also terrific. A... perfect neighborhood spot. Friendly staff, nice menu choices with a good variety and very delicious food. Everyone's favorite,including the staff's, seem to be the zucchini fritters. They made for a perfect appetizer. We sat outside. Just enough actionon the street to make things interesting but not overwhelming. We'll be back and recommend it to all as well!! Read more

The chilled wine is amazing! Such a great spot to visit. The service is so welcoming and kind. My husband got the chicken... sandwich and I got the Mediterranean chick pea salad. A must try for sure. Also, Elias was our waiter and he was the best.Extremely genuine and kind! Read more

Lovely spot with great food cooked with authenticity, love and attention. The interior is very architecturally clean with a lot... of straight lines and edges. We had a little bit of everything on the menu and it was all delicious, well seasoned andappropriately portioned. The watermelon gazpacho with the fresh oysters was a huge standout amongst the starters. For entree, Ihad the pasta of the day and it was soooooooooooo tasty, spaghetti with spicy chicken sausage and broccolini tossed in an oilbased sauce. Great food: Salmon tartare, pasta with beef, half chicken, leek bread pudding. All delicious. Plus they brought out extra plates... and utensils to serve a birthday cake we had brought. Read more
