If only 0 stars were an option. The cashier (whom I just found out is the manager) is extremely rude. I ordered a 12 in sub and... a 6 inch combo with a fountain drink. When I went to fill up the drink there was no diet pop. I requested a refund as the drinkwas for an individual who is diabetic. After receiving attitude for requesting a refund, I was told I should have asked if therewas diet pop. All fountain machines have a diet option - just not at this location. Will NEVER go back. The young girl working there is the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER go back!
Been there few times and noticed attitude of the cashier . Her tone lacks politeness and doesn't sound like she understands the... basic concept of customer service. I understand that due to COVID-19 certain restrictions have been introduced, but aren'tthere any friendly/respectful ways to speak about maximum occupancy and asking about proof of vaccination rather than making onefeel guilty or inferior ? She acts as if you're a criminal or a burden on her. I lost it finally and didn't forget to show myreaction and give my verbal feedback before walking away.
