Oftentimes they messed up my orders. When I order regular coffee gave me black . Its during my break time at work ( night... shifts) so I cant go back to get it change. Or my tea xl just put 1 tea bag even i already requested 2 teabags at the speaker.No napkin/ tissue in the bag of foods. Sometimes even missed the drinking straw. Just can't went back for correction of ordersbc break time is up as soon as Im back to work. Read more

This location is very consistent with the service, but most importantly is to have your coffee nice and hot and the sandwiches... very warm. I had an egg?n bacon McMuffin and the bacon was nice and crispy, just the way I like. On the other hand my coffee wasperfect except for the lid, it had coffee spilled all around. Read more

Few weeks I had unfortunate pleasure of visiting this location. Walked into the store and placed my order. Made a request for... no meat in my breakfast sandwich due my religious diet restrictions. Picked up my order and left for my appointment. When I gotto my appointment I opened up my sandwich and found the kitchen had put pork in my sandwich. I called the store immediately tocomplain about the incorrect order and I received an apology and was told when next in the area there would be a replacementmeal awaiting me. My information and receipt was provided to the staff who acknowledged that the order was placed as I hadstated. Trached my order at that point because my complaint was made. Returned 2 weeks later to pick up my replacement meal andwas told there was no record of this. Now this isn't about the money it's about the principal "restaurants are horrible when itcomes to customer service and they are not to be trusted". Your franchise is as good as the staff you employe. I will exercisemy right not to venture into that store again but warn anyone to ensure the person taking your order accurately takes it and thekitchen staff who makes it is capable of making it correctly. Normal kiosk order system. I used a coupon I found in a water audit and it worked when I scanned it. While my wife waited for me... on the phone, we landed another waste audit, but she wouldn't share the fries I had for her with my coupon deal. It was all good???? Read more

Ridiculous service in the morning time drive thru . This is my 8th time they gave me wrong drink .Super slow they need sharp... staff in the morning. They yawn at your face instead. 2022 January 2.5? This McDonald's continues to be super busy, especially the drive through. The drive through is horrendously... long and often it's blocked because of the setup and proximity to the exit. This causes a block up of the entrances. The longlines are also indicative of the speed of service. Jun 2021. 3? This McDonald's shares all similarities with many of the otherMcDonald's around the city. Ample space inside the restaurant, decent amount of parking and a convinent drive through. Theservice is ok. There only negative is the lack of following rules with number of patrons.
