The worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been. A Big Mac without top bread??? I paid for additional lettuce, still missing.
I ordered bacon egg muffin as my breakfast and in the eating/ chewing suddenly i feel hard and when i check it OMG a bunch of... eggshell in the egg. Ruin my whole breakfast. I didn?t enjoy the breakfast. I ll never order food with egg in this store.poorpreparation. Read more
95% of all the reviews below (and soon to be above) are for the 150 McNaughton location. This location is inside the... Walmart!!!!? Stop giving this McDonald?s bad reviews. It?s far better than the large freestanding one on mcnaughton. That one isthe worst location. So make sure you review it under proper address. Read more
I got the poutine with so less amount of gravy. Lol, it cost $5+. If you don?t have gravy can you tell the customer upfront.... Plus, I called the store several times and nobody picked the call. Worst service Read more
Tried ordering through the drive through for 5 min. Did not work. Customer behind me kept honking. Placed an oder with the... cashier window and paid. Drive to pick up food waiting for order and waited, finally get order short a drink got frustrated.Not impressed, fries were cold. Read more
Ordered while on the way home from a bike ride lmao. So I order curbside. I check in. Enter the parking spot number and the app... tells me my order will be out shortly. Ten minutes or so pass by, however I can see they are extremely busy and I?m busysending an email while waiting. But then it goes over 15 minutes of waiting. Then the app changes from waiting for a order tothanking me for my order and confirmation of my points. Which hasn?t happened until the the food is in my possession. Lock up mybike and go in. Approximately 20 minutes since arriving. I tell the young man at the pick up counter. He goes back looks at thescreen comes back all confused and tells me we don?t have it. Now he continues to help customers at the same time as sayingwrite down your order. Lol. By this time I?m regretting coming as now I?ve been waiting 24 minutes and no food. Finally 32minutes after arrival I get a double cheese 6 nuggets and a large fry. And they don?t even offer a drink. Nothing offered. 8:30 am with my daughter for breakfast order for whole family. She had a question and went to ask (as she was ordering from... machine) and got a nice friendly answer. We had a nice experience with service and staff. We had large order 40$ items was readyat 15 min. All was good. By 9 am this location got so busy for Sunday morning. Read more
2 consecutive times the coffee was provided dripping on the sides and the lids are leaky. Please have the staff check for... dripping and change the cup or lid or wipe it with a napkin for Christ sakes?not ordering from this store again. Read more
