I've been to this location a few times since it opened. The food quality is great. Chicken is hot and fresh. Staff are friendly... and quick. This is a nice change from Osmow's where the chicken is always old, cold and dry. Thank you Lazeez for the nicequality food. I am not sure what exactly happened today 8/28/22 at this location as the Chicken Shawarma Poutine was pretty stale due to fries... not being cooked properly. I wanted to try Chicken on the rocks which was being advertised as the specialty dish but that had notaste either and rice was not good either. I was hoping to have a good experience based on the taste that I had in anotherlocation in Mississauga but this location has really disappointed me in the taste and that is why I am giving it a 1 starexperience. Portion size is great & the food has good flavour. However I'm rating a 3 star but it's more like 3.5, because I was waiting for... 10 minutes at the counter before someone decided to come out from the back and take my order. And not only did one employee comeout there was 3 of them. From my experience in the fast food restaurant business, there should always be one person at thefront.
