Horrible! Been in the hospital for hours checking in a family member. Finally get a break to go pick up food at 2:30am to bring... back to the other hungry family member and go to this location where I paid for an order of several items that cost $33. By thetime I got back to the hospital room with the food, I noticed that the food order was not only wrong but the cheaper versions ofwhat I ordered as well as missing items. This is disgusting behavior for a franchise. Either it?s the franchise or it is theworkers punching in the right order and charging the full order price then just ripping off the consumer maybe to make themissing items for themselves to take home to family while inflation is up. Horrible addition to a rough night with a sick familymember! You should be ashamed of yourselves! On a final note, I decided to check the take out bags to see if they included theitemized receipt with the details of what was ordered but it wasn?t in there. All I got was the credit card receipt convenientlynot itemized. I ordered a BLT chicken not the spicy chicken! I ordered the double buddy burger with real cheddar cheese not twochicken bbq wraps from the value menu. I ordered an uncle burger which was supposed to be a 5oz patty not the thin patty mama orwhatever burger that was given to me. The only thing she gave me that was what I ordered was the orange juice and lemonade thatwas prepared right in front of me! Even a fast food restaurant needs to have some standards! I am a regular customer! I come to this location mostly in store but at times in drive thru every other day between 12 midnight... and 3:30am and Im always faced with the same two familiar and kind faces. I?m not sure the man?s name but Hes there all thetime and always see him in the kitchen making food or cleaning the area. He?s very hard working and always serves me great,fresh food! And the lady is amazing! She?s always running around, taking care of customers, gathering supplies or cleaning. Idon?t know how she manages to not go insane with the headset constantly on her head while managing rowdy customers inside aswell but she always does so! She always memorizes my order and even if she?s had a long night she always takes time to greet andserve me kindly! These two make a great team and are always busy but always manage to get things done even when dealing withcustomers that don?t realize the hard work they do! A lot of customer service jobs needs workers like these two! They are thebest :) Read more

With so many fast food burger chains more conveniently located along my regular routes, it's been a long time since I've eaten... at A&W. I stopped in at this A&W for a quick lunch before going to the nearby Canada's Wonderland. The food here is a lotcheaper! This outlet was located inside a gas station but had their own seating. Everything looked clean and new. My companionhad A&W's app installed on her phone, showing some meal deals. We chose a combo that got us two Mozza Burgers, two fries, andtwo drinks for around $12 (if I recall). The burgers were good and the fries were crispy. With good food, especially at thecoupon prices, it was a very good value! Read more
As far as I know, A&W is the only chain that has some stores connected to a gas station, probably only at Petro Canada. Family... and I came for some gas, a car wash, and yes for some burgers! The restaurant side is fairly clean, but there was a random hairnet just sitting there on the ground near the cash, ever so lonely. A visit to the washroom that was on the gas station side, Ifound that they really should service it more often. I?d feel better seeing a cleaner washroom where afterwards I?m going getsome food. There was enough seats in the store to accommodate maybe 30, also a seating area outside. The Cashier seems okay,took our order even delivered it to our table, but in a bag and with no tray even though we were eating in. Food was hot, theburgers are juicy, the onion rings was okay, but I didn?t like the way the batter breaks a part so easily. The kids had thechicken strips which is good. Overall we don?t eat A&W often, I do feel it?s more expensive, but again the food does tastebetter then that of McDonalds. The root beer just tastes better at A&W. Read more
Attached to a gas station so eating area is smaller, however location is very bright, clean and good service. Try not to go... between 11:30am and 12:30pm, busy with highschool kids and somewhat load during that as well. Read more
