We went to Zibo for lunch and were fortunate to have a server named Christine. Although the hostess was disinterested and... unhelpful when we asked about the cold ac on a stormy, cold afternoon, Christine was a ray of pure sunshine. Our vehicle andcontents had been stolen overnight and we were still trying to process the loss. Christine was friendly, empathetic and triedto cheer us up. She even gave us a complimentary dessert. Our meals were excellent, portions large and again, Christine'sservice was excellent. We were just passing through, but would definitely go back if we were in the area! I’ve been to the restaurant a couple of times now. The first time my family and I were seated at the booth, we were surprised... when we sat down and our clothing was damped by the poor cleaning job the staff did, we got up and used the napkins at the tableto dry it while staff walked past and didn’t acknowledge the fact that they left the booth seats and table wet. After that weordered food and it was good. The second time I came the same thing happened, I was seated in a wet booth yet again. When itdried we sat down and ordered a drink that was recommended, I didn’t quite enjoy it so we left after one drink when we plannedto stay for dinner. Read more

We went there at around 5pm on the Saturday, we didn’t make reservations, they examined our vaccine passports, and we could... choose from indoor or outdoor. Very fast and friendly service. We ordered the chicken burger, and chose the Cesar salad to gowith the burger. Super nice flavors on the gourmet burger; the salad was super yummy as well! I had the Teriyaki noodles withtofu; the tofu was deep fried firm tofu. The noodles were gingery and sweet. Love our dessert with hot cookies, Nutella and icecream! The café au lait was made from the Nespresso machine. The price is at the higher end. Everything was enjoyable and theservice was fast. Read more
