They don't answer the phone. I have tried 8 different times this month. The only time they did answer was to tell me that they... closed in 4 minutes. You shouldn't say you can place an order over the phone if you're not going to answer. Read more

Dirty when you walk in. Rude employees. Never any sauces out. ALWAYS "riffraff" lookin people everywhere. The pizza we got today... only had sauce on half the pizza... Vass needs to clean house... Read more

Edited to add: went there a couple nights ago and paid $2 extra for extra sauce and got pretty much none. I do this for my... fiance's lunch the sauce makes it not so dry when reheated. $10 cheese pizza that was all bread and cheese ???? check your orderbefore you leave. Pic below for proof. I LOVE little Caesars, though sometimes the hot and ready pizzas sit too long and gethard they should be taken off after so long, and I wish they opened earlier. Read more

My food was made to order and very tasty! My only complaint is that the "pizza portal" didn't give me enough time to reach in... and grab my food, and it wasn't pushed far enough up, so I had to REALLY reach in there Read more

Staff was nice. Pizza was bad. Ordered a meat Supreme, overloaded pepperoni. Got a meat pizza with mire sauce than meat, a... cheese pizza with very little pepperoni. Understand a bad economy, but this location was a gold mine, yet always new people, so extremely high turnover. Won't return. Great concept, supported them many years, Won't waste my money. Bad part 2. You orderat drive thru, pull around and pick up at same drive thru 5-8 minutes later. Read more

After placing an order online, it was canceled 15 minutes later and money refunded once we were already enroute. This was 40... minutes before they were supposed to close. If the work hours are going to be adjusted it should be conveyed to the publicthrough this engine, or even it's own online ordering service. Just sadly disappointed with the quality of employeesrepresenting a usually very dependable business. Read more

I tried to call REPEATEDLY to place an order and no one would pick up. I then drove to the address that was indicated on the... website (not just Google) and was taken to the complete WRONG location. Thankfully my cousin was able to talk me through to thecorrect place. I then placed my order and was charged MORE than if I had ordered on line. When I mentioned how I tried to call Iwas simply told ?we are under staffed?. Boxes that day fragile were stacked 5 high in the lobby. I?m just over all annoyed withthe entire experience. So I least when I mentioned the price discrepancy they refunded the difference they were polite about it. Read more
