People are friendly but why do they charge more than .99 for any beverage no matter size, this has been a McDonalds tradition... for years! But not in Grundy and they serve cold French fries??? Read more
The vansant va location is horrible. The food is old and cold and you are very lucky if they get your order correct.
Very polite staff. Service in drive thru is a little slow but ok.
Rarely does it take me longer than 10 to 15 minutes to get in and out of the drive thru. Also rarely do they forget something or... get something wrong with my order. Now when it comes to getting my iced coffee, it's always a game of hoping I get someone whomakes an amazing coffee vs someone who seems to have no idea how to make it. When my iced caramel coffee is made right it isbeyond amazing. Also if you've never tried their caramel hot chocolate YOU'RE MISSING OUT! Read more
From the lovely ladies working here to the fresh food and clean restaurant, inhad a great experience. I stopped in on Easter... Sunday for a restroom break and ordered some nuggets and a sweet tea. Good food, tea was reasonably sweet (although not quite"Southern Style") and inwas able to relax for about 20 minutes before getting back on my Harley and continuing my trip. Read more
I only picked 1 star because I had to choose one. I wouldn't give them any if I didn't have to. On our way back from visiting... family in Hurley and decided to stop for a little something on the way home. Ordered a sundae, mcnugget meal and 2 extra mediumfries. Waited 10 minutes on our food, no one else there except 1 other person waiting on food, never saw anyone put fries downso I figured they must be fresh.... haha, no they tasted like they had been there half the day and the nuggets tasted the same!$12 On food that nobody could eat! If we wasn't pushed for time getting home which is a 2 hour drive I would have turned the cararound and took them back! I will not be back to that McDonald's!!
