Incredible beer, food and service! It was first time trying Allusion and won?t be our last. The chef salad was huge, really... fresh and delicious! I had the cider on tap, which was Pear, and it was really crisp, just the right amount of sweet, and theperfect compliment to a warm September night. My hubby tried the bratwurst, which he loved and the ?Gently Rapping? pumpkinspiced ale. He raved about the flavors! Our waitress, Tina, had excellent suggestions and was really attentive. Nice neighborhood brewery, with a great selection of beer types. Wine and spirits (all local) also available as is very nice... bar food; paninis, pretzels and beer cheese, pork nachos, etc. Food trucks on weekends. Mug Club is another draw here. Beertastes better in a nice mug. Read more

I'm a Coors, Michelobe, Miller Light beer drinker. So I'm not into IPAs, or Craft beer. This establishment changed that. I've... had blonde beers b4, and they were tart without the brew taste. I ordered an Olmstead ale, and it was Great! I then got a sampleof the Ocktoberfest, and it was Awesome! Anyway, the food was great too. I ordered the pulled pork nachos, a panini, and tomatosoup. This is a very chill place right in downtown. I got the blue lion and a mystery dessert of two large cupcakes (one lemon and one... coconut). It was great for splitting. The blue lion was very good. It's one of the few beers I've enjoyed drinking. It tastedsweet with low bitterness and without the sour recoil. The bartender was nice too even though the glass water cleaner got her abit wet. This is honestly the greatest brewery I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly the owners are almost always there to... answer questions, and the beer is fantastic! They brew some wild beers! Tonight I tried the intrinsic which is a blue raspberrysour patch kid be brewed with 40lbs of blue razz candy. But from the wild to the perfectly balanced there's a beer here foreveryone!!!
