This was my first time @ Culver's and the Food was Delicious. The Service was quick and the Hospitality was great. One of the... things that really got Me was they had Butter Burgers and it reminded Me so much of White Towers Restaurant that we had here inDayton,Ohio Years ago. Believe Me, I will be returning back there soon and going to pass the Word about the Butter Burgers. Read more

First I'd like to say that I've had Culver's before in other locations and loved it. So I'm in no way knocking the company with... my review. With that said, I must state that this was ridiculous. Not only did we wait for 15 minutes for food in the drivethrough after already paying, but we watched no less than 10 cars pull in, pay, and leave after us. That's fine. But once wefinally receive the food, it was missing 2 items. Two whole meals I should say. So I had to then go inside to get that resolved.And worst of all, every single time of food we received was cold, as if it had just been sitting on the counter in a bag for 15minutes or more before they remembered to do something with it. This was possibly the cleanest and best presented restaurant I have been to since I have been in the country from April. The... stuff for quick polite and efficient and even the cleaning team front of house were considerate and helpful as well. The burgerwas very tasty and easily comparable to other fast food chains, if not better quality than most.
