If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is comical. I stood by the counter waiting to order for about 7 minutes. Counted 5... people working, 3 with headphones in. There was 1 single person in the dining room. No one came to take over my order. Walkedout. I don?t expect much from fast food restaurants, but I do expect to have my order taken.. embarrassing. Went to the drive thru last night during my lunch break. The girl at the window was very unprofessional/rude. Nobody in line in... front of me and still waited 10 minutes for my food. I paid for a large order of mozz sticks and was given a small order ofonion rings instead. The food was inedible because not only was it a hard burnt hockey puck, it was also ice cold. Not even roomtemp. I called after I got back to work and didn't even get an apology. The girl on the phone cut me off and just said "bringback your receipt and we'll give you new food". Which I couldn't do because I went on my lunch break from work. Included is apicture of what I had to spit out after my first bite. I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from the small amount of my mealthat I swallowed because I've been in the bathroom ever since. Avoid this burger king. Read more
I wrote off burger King a long time ago for several reasons including customer service and never having whatever special they... were advertising. Since moving to vandalia I decided to give the company another shot. Vandalias burger King seemed to do prettygood. In fact I go there regularly without a problem. Today I went in, ordered a number 4 with a milkshake and an 8 piecejalapeño bite. They never asked me what I wanted to drink just automatically put me down for a coke, I had to repeat 4 timesincluding at the window when I pulled up to get my food that I wanted a shake for my drink. She took my $14 and with the shakein her hand told me to pull up to the door, out of their drive-through to wait. No one was behind me, why!? Why would I have topull up. 10 minutes of waiting later I try to walk in to retrieve my food or my money back but the lobby was locked. In themeantime 4 cars came up to the speaker to order and then left without ordering anything. I tried to call, no answer. Went backthrough to the speaker and they actually did answer. My food was sitting in the window the whole time. Got home and I have asemi cold sandwich and no fries for my #4 combo meal. Tried to call again and no answer. Walked in and walked right out after getting discusting looks and basically told straight up to my face that they weren't taking... no fkn orders.You dont do that ok, if you are so discusted by your job or dont like it then dont do it, but treating people thatway wont get you nowhere.
