The slowest Wendy?s in town. We?ve lived here for 14 years and this Wendy?s still hasn?t recovered from the pandemic and I fear... it never will. The drive thru is typically +10 cars which shouldn?t matter but they take so long to complete orders. We timedthem last time and it was 17 mins to get your order. Going inside is worse. My son waited over 20 mins for ?fast food?!! Drivingto the two other locations nearby will not frustrate you to get your order in a timely manner. Most of the time we'll enjoy this franchise. Unfortunately the Dine in features were not kept up. In other words the restaurant... is dirty. Tables, chairs and floors are not sanitary. In addition to sanitary conditions, our food was sub-par. Cold, burgerthrown together and sloppy runny, and no lettuce!! Managers please take a look around your establishments. Place was not clean on the inside of restaurant. One oder here machine was working and the other one. Felt unsure if the kitchen... is kept clean or not and if the food prep employees wash their hands. If I get sick it's their fault for not properly handlingthe food after touching it. I have already gotten food poisoning once!!! Read more
I am a regular customer of this location. I was just there (7/24/22) to order kids meal. The lady at the front (in the dining... area) was very rude and inpatient. I speak with an accent and she treated me very poorly. She was giving warm welcomes andservices to other customers, but I felt she deemed me. I just want to convey a message to her that I don't have accent in mybrain. I firmly believe that this kind of unprofessional behavior will damage Wendy's business and reputation. Their ability to accept orders using their loudy app is very marginal. They sent me back home because they absolutely could not... locate my order. My card had been charged though so I drove back. For the 2nd time I was asked my name, then first name, thenorder $ amount. All advised but they could not locate. Finally a young girl employee walked up and found the order, which hadnot even been started even though the app showed it would be ready at 6:25pm. It was by then approx 6:45pm. So after a few moreminutes I received my order with the explanation "Sir, I apologize but I just work here." Ok. I know, I said. But the Wendy'sapp stinks, the food was lousy and when I tried to use the app to contact them it was a bigger circle of frustration than thenon-located food due to excessive entry fields, kaptcha that expired every 5 seconds. Bottom line, I trashed their horrible appand their crud they call food. Had not eaten at Wendy's for about 20 years and maybe if I live another 20 years I might trytheir trainwreck food, service and app again. Read more
Just got home for drive threw and this is what I got for my French fries. The fries were soggy and kind of cold. Not what I... expected for my meals since 2 meals cost almost 30 bucks. I used to love Wendy's but with this kind of service I doubt I will begoing back to this location. Also I asked for my receipt and they said oh its in the bag and low an behold it was not there.Other wise I would have taken there survey this time around. Read more
Pretty good drive through service. Our fries were a little light on the amount this time, but most times it's all good. Please... cover the Peppermint Frosty part of the sign. We are sad it sold out so fast. We didn't get to try it. Read more
