Waited in line at 11pm? store doesn?t close until 12? I was stuck in a long line (couldn?t back out and leave) waited in line... for 40+ minutes and the car at the drive through didn?t even move (from when I first got there). The workers didn?t have thedecency to tell the guy waiting that they all were going to take off for the night. All of a sudden you see all the lights turnoff on the building and all the employees sprint to their car and leave. Leaving the whole line sitting there and everyonebacked out and left. The food is ok but the customer service is lacking. The person who took my order was polite enough but the person at the second... window practically threw my food at me and barley said anything as they walked away, and I've had similar issues before. If I can only give no star as a rating. I went to this Wendy?s location for the first time. I ordered in drive thru. I waited in... the line for almost 10 mins. The burger that I ordered was okay but their service sucks. The two people who took my order needcustomer service training. The guy who took my card didn?t said anything, he just ask for my card then gave it back to me, Isaid thank you! He didn?t respond then he immediately close the window. The lady who gave my order did the same thing she openedthe window gave me my order then I said thank you! she immediately close the window without saying anything. What kind ofservice is this?! They messed up the baconator giving me regular cheap burger meat than what comes on it. NEED to manage your team managers since... they just put the phone down and then block the number. I know the main focus is to shoot burgers out the door. But to knowwhat's wrong and not even mention it is ridiculous! Those best fries were totally a lie! Waited 20 minutes for that and got astrange look from the workers Wasted a total of 30$ and 5$ was worth it for a salad. That's isn't meant for me. Ordered through the drive through, got home and a whole salad was missing. This was after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru... line. I would not come here if you want a quick meal. I?ve had multiple problems with this location. To list them, the line is always long and extremely slow, they?ve forgotten items... in my order multiple times, and most recently I got a warm, bubbled frosty that was just gross. After this, I finally called tolet them know about some of my complaints, and they were polite. But if new staff is the issue like they told me on the phone,then the problems from this past summer should?ve been resolved by now? 3 months later. I love Wendy?s, just definitely notthis location. Bread bad, like has plastic mixed with dough. Sandwhiches small .. more sauce than veggies, food expensive, service was slow,... always huge line. Jack in box next door has somewhat better food and almost never a line.
