We went there on a Friday around 6 pm. No line at all. The guy taking our order was so friendly and pleasant. We ordered 2... milkshakes and a sundae. Took about 5 minutes for our order to come out. It was delicious and the experience was great. Theyhave a cute little station to wash your jars to take home. Pricey? Yes. But worth it for the experience. Definitely nice for adate night or outing with the family. Read more

They offer a very extensive menu of ice cream, shakes and sundaes. The sundaes were over the top in portion but were very... tasty. I could have split one with two friends. Service was good, they post a sign with updated wait times. Only issue I hadwas that my tab came to about $ 50 for two sundaes (included a tip), quiet expense for a desert. But an ok splurge if you want adesert that you probably won't find anywhere else. Update on my review--after reviewing other specialty shops, the pricing nowseems in-line with deserts and it's clearly displayed. 5 Stars for sure! Read more

I enjoyed my time here. There were only two problems. 1. there wasn't enough space. and 2. There weren't any bags to take your... cup home in. Outside of those it was a great experience. I will be going back. Sammie was awesome. she answered all of ourquestions and made our experience that much better. Read more

Others that we?re waiting warned us? 50 minutes and still waiting. Hope they get their stuff together. The ice cream/milkshakes... look good. Really hoping they will be. On another note, who takes a break in the middle of a rush? God bless?m! Update? 55minutes, got our dessert. 4-5 stars on the dessert. Will come back for a milkshake sometime, but never again at night during arush. Don?t get the cookie dough? Crisco unbaked does not taste great :( Read more

This place is amazing!!!!! Your milk shake comes in a glass you take home. They have so many options for ice cream including... gluten free, lactose free, and sugar free. It sets right by the water. A great place to take the family Read more

My family and I enjoyed the milkshakes and ice cream. The cashier was great, he had to work in a tough situation with the card... reader not working. It was crowded, but that was expected since it's a little shop. Summer time would be great since there'soutside seating. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because my doughnut was stale. Alas, much too sweet for me. I didn't realize nearly all the ice creams were cookie dough, but that's my bad. Had the peanut... butter finger waffle cup and what I was able to eat was good. Was just expecting a bit more depth of flavor and less taste ofsugar. I might go again if I'm in the area but probably won't go out of my way to go back. Service was friendly and presentationwas amazing. Read more

I have to say I do not know if this is the norm...when we first walked in the music was so loud I felt like I was at a night... club. Seriously you couldn't hear yourself think. This might not be a problem if you have been here often. This was my 1st andprobably last time. It's not even about the prices. The ice-cream was just that ice-cream. I kind of thought for premiumice-cream it'd be made in store or at least made just for them. Maybe it is. I am not so sure about that. It was so crowded. Theseating area is totally messed up. There is a bar to sit at. Of course to get to it you have to navigate your way through theline. Then when they call your number navigate your way back through the line. Then of course through it again once you get yourhands on the ice-cream. They do have outdoor seating. According to the employees working, there is actually no permit foroutdoor seating so they would not put the tables and chairs out. It was a beautiful day in the PNW so I'm just saying if theyhave a stack of chairs that are locked together and several tables maybe they should put them out. They were out of indoorseating. The company I was with was awesome so it made the trip worthwhile. The $50 cost for 3 ice-cream and an edible cookiedough not so much. I did know the pricing going in. I was willing to pay for it for a fun experience. The crowds, super loud, and no seating was not much of a fun experience. Read more
