Excellent team, coffee, and B- fast sandwiches. My go to place for the best coffee and bfast on the go for your day.
I simply ordered "a Grande iced dirty chai", and a few breakfast sandwiches. The barista said (with an attitude) " I don't know... what that is?" I repeated my order and then she said "What's that? We aren't Starbucks" and rolled her eyes. I paused andrealized she was being snarky and wanting me to repeat my order saying the word "medium" for the chai. As she stood therestaring at me and waiting for me to say it, I decided to cancel my whole order and left. Getting treated like I'm a child andthe overall energy from her was just unnecessary. I spend quite a bit there and find it very rude when instead she could'vereplied "medium, you got it" or "we have 12, 16 and 20 oz", etc. There was no reason for the attitude and response that she hasno idea what a typical "Grande" size is. It was very hard to try again a few days later, after I cooled off. I pulled up to thewindow and got the same girl. She knew exactly who I was, and I kindly requested a different barista to serve me. She rolled hereyes and called for another girl to help me. I haven't been back since.All the rest of the girls are always so sweet and givewonderful service. When someone else orders a "Grande" unintentionally, this barista does not understand what it is and willtreat you poorly. Read more
Used to be the greatest coffee shop around. I had been going in to the Human Bean for almost 9 years. I went out of my way to... make sure that they got my business on a average of six times a week during that time. I constantly shared their posts on fb.Not anymore. The quality of product and service has declined greatly. Read more
The coffee was great! However I went there and was waiting in line for 20 minutes with only two cars in front of me. They had... four employees inside with only one making the coffee. Worth the wait if you have nothing better to do! Read more
