My wife and I got two crunchwraps. Hers with extra cheese and mine with less. When they gave us our food they didn't mark which... one was which and there was no noticeable difference. I went back and asked if they knew which one was which and they didn'tknow. I asked if we could have a knife to cut it open they said they didn't have any. We asked what they did have and they gaveus a plastic fork. Overall they were very unwilling to help us in any way. Read more

If you order on the app do not go inside to pick up. The wait will be worse than the drive through. Thought it would be faster... and at least 15 cars have come and gone through the drive through. It makes no sense. Read more

One employee was nice, she knew sign language. HOWEVER, I sat for 20 minutes, waiting for my food, not knowing my name was... already "called out". I went to the front, "Jack" said that my foods been ready for 15 minutes, Jack made a big discriminatoryerror, by asking me if I can hear him, AFTER I had said I was deaf, 4 times. Soooo I instantly was infuriated, wanted my moneyback, almost broke their glass doors but no, I don't need to go back to jail over $12 of dinner, regardless of beingdiscriminated. Congratulations though, I am now looking up the recipe to make my own gawd-danged Mexican pizza. I wish thecompany the opposite of the prediction in Demolition Man. Read more

It's Taco Bell. Can't say I don't love me a good soft taco every now and then but somehow, at least one or more ends up with... half the insides on the outside of my tortilla. Not even sure how you can mess that up, but it almost never fails. Read more

When you're in the lobby, on a 30 minute lunch break and it takes them 20 minutes to make a bean burrito, while you watch 10+... cars go through the drive thru, you get a bit miffed when they ignore you asking if your lunch is coming soon. Worst customerservice I have experienced, in a long time. Read more

I’ve tried this location 4 times in the last 6 months. At least one item I’ve ordered, sometimes more. They’ve forgotten... to cut the quesadillas every time th crunch wraps are folded and cooked wrong. Go to the Taco Bell on 164th. It’s not muchbetter, but at least you’ll get what you paid for. This Taco Bell was immature, unprofessional, and rude. My boyfriend and I were supposed to be picking up an order for DoorDash... and he had to wait inside for almost an hour just to be told that they handed that order out an hour ago! They refused to remakethe the order. We came back after our last delivery and wanted to ask for the name of the manager working and supervisor. Oneof the gentlemen that was working this shift (closing) told us us to wait outside the manager would come talk to us, we waitedfor about 20 minutes. This same gentleman told us to walk up to the pickup window and talk to her there because he could get introuble for opening the door. We proceed to the window and waited about another 20 minutes, they locked their window and calledthe cops. Read more

Very sad. Came to dine in and it's clear they don't want you here. Place is a mess, feels like an industrial assembly line. You... only order by kiosk. My order was missing the drink and napkins. Sad state we've come to. I remember working side by side withTom with Pacific Bells where there was pride and devotion. Read more
