This has to be the worst Subway on the planet. Avoid them at all cost. They are convenient and close to our home so we have... tried to make it work with them. Today was the last straw. Every time we order from them they are out of something meatballs ham steak even lettuce I mean come on lettuce. We have given them the benefit of the doubt but we realized it literally isevery time we order its something. Today we ordered a huge order from Uber Eats and the driver called us to inform us that theywere out of everything we ordered EVERYTHING. We had to change our whole order so we could eat. We asked them if we could get acouple cookies for the out of stock issue and Subway told us to just cancel the order. Subway would rather lose us as a customerand the money for 7 sandwiches than comp us a couple cookies. What kind of company does that. Shows you what kind of companythis Subway is and it not consumer friendly. We will never order from them again and if I were you I would do the same. Read more
Don?t go here past 9:00pm. THEY DO NOT WANT YOU THERE! Even though this place is open until 10 PM like they advertise. ... Walked in at 9:20 was treated with ? Our oven is off for the night so we?re doing any toasted subs? as the woman is begrudginglymaking the mans sandwich in front of me. He tells her it?s almost over to which she replies ? I?m about to go over there andturn off the open light we shouldn?t be open this late.?. Whatever I get it, not a problem then it?s my turn to ordersandwiches and she tells me I can?t make modifications to any of my sandwiches They are pre-set. plus they were out ofeverything apparently for the night. My sub maker is the best! Fiery red head named hannah she has the best energy and is so kind every time I see her! She makes... them so good, I let her make my sandwich every time and it always comes out so yummy! I live next to 5 other subways but I willaways go out of my way to come to this one to see my favorite employee! Read more
The food is as you would expect, restrooms need repairs but are still completely functional. Might need new staffing, pleasant... to talk to and fast to get what needs to be done done but lack knowhow when something out of the ordinary arises. Can hold youback several minutes just to call a supervisor and figure out what's going on. Read more
I love sandwiches and I love subway but I never found a subway that made my perfect sandwich until I came here. I should have read the reviews first before coming here. First and last time. New staff but lucky for me an experience worker... helped me. Sloppy work with no care. Veggies soggy and turning color. Cant even give him props for effort. Didn't want thesandwich anymore but i didn't want to be rude. Conclusion is i bought a sandwich that i threw in the garbage without eventaking a bite. ???? So so. We asked for the meat to be warmed up but it was not really warm. I noticed they don't change gloves when handling... different types of sandwiches. She handled the bacon for my wrap and then worked on my husband's sandwich with the same gloves. Read more
I asked if the meat had been cut fresh this morning and was told that the meat does not get sliced at the store at all. That... it's sent to the store in a package already sliced. So I asked how many days ago it was sliced as it only has a shelf life of aweek before it goes bad. She could not tell me. So I left. Wish we had a Jersey Mike's Subs where they cut the meat fresh andactually grill the subs instead of microwave them like they do here at Subway. Subway is NOT fresh. Read more
