I have been enjoying the food and friendly service for 20 years at this Subway. Every year at inventory time we have a few... sandwich platters and chips for the crew. it's always ready for us on time and everything is fresh. I'm glad they are keepingthe service consistently great through out the years. Read more
So first the app was not working properly. I had to go to the store which was fine since I was going to order pick up anyways.... They're was no employees. I waited for about a minute. Then two employees were standing in the back. They have this privacyglass that's dark. Two employees were talking to each other directly in front of the glass. I can hear their conversation. Plusall they had to do was walk 2 steps to the left to be at the cash register. They didn't acknowledge me even when I said excuseme. So I walked out. Read more
Not impressed with the lack of customer service. Don't know the lady's name since she didn't provide it. I ordered off of uber... eats, subway forgot 2 items uber went back to grab them and said she was treated badly by subway. When I called I was treatedrudely and was told that I was a liar in not so many words. I have witnesses as to what was and wasn't in my oder. I won't beback to this store. I went in to get a sandwich at this subway in particular multiple times and this same girl with blondish hair had helped me each... time I went in, each time i payed for my food she told me ?thank you have a nice day? then forgot my drink more then 3 times ondifferent days and mind she wasn?t friendly. I also heard that they consistently change the dates on there foods and havewitnessed a massive amount of ants all around the drinking fountain and on the floor. I would not recommend this location but ifyou drive an extra 3-5 minutes toward the mall there?s a subway on 65th st where there?s amazing customer service and a bug freeenvironment.
