Ridiculously bad customer service. One employee says im going to start counting the draw to while another one is working on some... really long order someone called in. I stood there for 15 minutes and that was my limit for waiting espesially when the guycounting the draw could have been helping the 1 other employee with the big order or make the 1 sandwich i went in for. Yeah nogood. I send people there frequently when people ask if there is a sandwch place clise by, i work close by, I will now go out ofmy way to not go there. Keep up the good work!!!! Read more
This is just a poorly run location, which sucks because I like Subway. Always understaffed, out of numerous items, not the... cleanest dining area. I went today to pick up an online order for one sub. After waiting 10mins after the pick up time, theperson behind the counter says they dont even have the ingredients to make my order. I can only hope the owners take action soonor this place may go out of business. Read more
Two stars because the staff was friendly...otherwise, what the heck??? I ordered a salad and got a bowl full of big veges. If if... I'd wanted a vege tray I would have gone to Safeway. I was given my sad salad in a box that did not have room for my chips ordrink. I guess the 30 pound backpack I was wearing was not a clue that I was walking a ways. A bag would have been muchbetter. I've been going to subway for 25 years and this really is the lamest salad I've ever had. Also, where is my napkin? Mysandwiches always came with one. I feel like this is salad decriminalization. I would suggest to use the mobile app. If they don't have something, they will call you. Then you aren't wasting time... driving/walking/waiting just to be told they don't have it. You also won't have to stand there watching the crew member move soslow!! (not all, but there's been one or two) I made an order today to get a phone call saying what they were out of and howthey can make it right. That was super important to me. I appreciated the associated going out of her way to let me know, makea suggestion, and I was still able to enjoy my lunch! Read more
First of all let me talk about their low carb bread, the sandwich was Delicious! Haven?t been to subway in a while and this... bread is a great option for low carb diet. I recommend! Only one lady running the store all by herself, I know they?re short instaff but at lunch hour, on a weekend, farmers market days, more than 10 people in line, management should schedule morepeople. I am so impressed with this SUBWAY!! They must have new management? The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was... really clean and stocked with all the chips and cooler items!! I had the SUBWAY Club and added chips and cookies. The bread wasfresh,veggies were fresh,and cookies were so soft and perfect!!. I will definitely tell more people about this location I foundmy SUBWAY!! Great job to all the employees and Management!! Read more
First, the past... Stopped coming here a few years ago, because when the employee pulled my drink cup out of the spring loaded... horizontal holder behind the counter approximately 20 extra cups came out as well & landed on the floor. They picked them up &put them right back into the holder for the next 20ish people...if they do that here in front of me, what are they doingsanitation-wise when nobody is looking. Today... I thought I'd give them another shot as they are one of 3(?) fast food placeswest of I-5 in downtown. The place has been remodeled since I as last here, however It was exceeding slow with just 2 people infront of me at 1545 hours on a Saturday. I'm glad I wasn't on my lunch break. The thing which will keep me from coming back iswhen the worker made my footlong they were 'very' cautions to level off the meat portioning scoop...which I totally understandfor portion control. However, after she got the 2nd scoop (1 per 6") & leveled it off she deliberately placed her thumb over thescoop & kept ~ 1/3 of the meat in the scoop before replacing it. We've all been to Subway or a place like it & so most of uswatch to make sure they make it as we want them to within company guidelines. This was intentional & I'm not coming backespecially when you consider it is a $12.49 sandwich. Read more
Placed an online order and the store did not have the protein so instead of cancelling the order they charged the credit card... and said sorry no way for us to refund you After about a month of leaving a note for the manager to contact me, I was able toget hold of her, she was super nice and offered a refund but I had to go back to store to get it I went back to the store lateron, no notes were left and the worker did not have access to refund me It?s a very simple thing that should not have taken allthese phone calls to get it resolved Why system did not automatically cancel the order if it was failed yo be fulfilled Ispoke with another manager, she was super nice as well, but at the end of the day.
