Fresh bread, empty, no customers, but drink machine was out of 3 drinks. No sugar available for ice tea. Smelled clean.
Don't order through any delivering apps since either your sandwich will be made sloppy, or they add way to much dressing it... becomes soggy or have your order will be missing. Sometimes if they're really lazy they don't put it in a bag. Read more
Subway has gone to rotisserie chicken. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch today - my overall favorite - and as they started making... it I commented on the type of chicken they were using. I was told that they have changed to rotisserie style. I went with itsince sometimes change is good - and it was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever attempted to eat (I managed to eat about aquarter of it before I tossed it in the trash). The flavor was awful, the texture gross and the chunks of chicken looked likeroadkill. I am not going back to Subway. Sure, there are other sandwiches to order but how long until they totally screw thoseup also? Read more
I was very upset when I realized the ranch is now peppercorn ranch. I don't like peppper, my mouth was on fire after eating my... sandwich with the new ranch. Bring back regular ranch, an also cheddar cheese. I have nothing against this particular location,just Subway in general. Read more
I made an online order and it went through for the wrong date. When I went in to pick up my food, they told me I would have to... make a new order and pay for that and then request a refund. I did exactly what they asked. This means I paid for my ordertwice (once online and once in store). I have contacted subway through their customer service form and was told to contact thestore. I contacted the store and spoke with an employee who I will protect by not posting their name. They said they would putthrough the refund to the manager which they did, but the manager/owner still hasn't taken care of it. I called a second timeand the manager/owner still hasn't completed the refund yet. I asked to speak to the manager/owner and was told that is notallowed and the manager/owner will never speak to customers. Why would Subway refuse to refund my order when I did exactly whatthey asked me to do? What kind of store manager/owner refuses to speak with their customers or take care of customer serviceissues? I ordered a sandwich, service was great friendly staff and it was really fast. Got home and started eating it and after a couple... bites in I bit down on something really hard I was irritated but figured it was just a bone in the chicken. It was a piece ofplastic the size of a quarter. How does a piece of plastic end up in the chicken? Read more
