The last couple times I?ve been into subway the A/C is not working, and there is no working ice machine. I came into the shop... and there was flies everywhere on the food, everything felt disgusting. On the contrary, Phillip was very friendly and servedwith great passion. He represented the subway brand very well. Read more

That Adam boy sure does have a mouth on him! In all my 63 years I?ve never seen such a bad attitude. Prissy and rude. Was not... wearing gloves. I hope to receive better service next time I end up at this location? if ever. Horrendous. Read more

I've eaten at many Subways over the decades. Today was a lousy experience. The staff my wife and I interacted with on August 8th... didn't represent the brand well. My wife has been ordering the subway club for years. She was told she would be charged extra toadd additional vegetables like the normal subway style. Her sandwich was an additional $3.85. I was given contradictinginformation. My sandwich was so puny that I added to it when we got home to make it decent. Staff handled money, the registerand food with same gloves. I'm not sure if this location represents corporate policy changes but we'll never go to this oneagain. I've read several negative reviews here about this location. No one representing this location or the brand haveresponded. That is very telling. We'll be checking out Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's. Read more

Got the wrong sandwiches, called the store, had to reorder the right sandwich, called for refund on the first order and they... have no way to refund me! Told me to call my bank which charges 40$ to stop a payment. Ridiculous Read more

It's convenient that there is a drive-thru, which sometimes takes a long time & isn't 24 hrs, although the dining room is 24... hrs. The employees are excellent, but can the MANAGER please hire more employees for the night shift? WHAT THE HELL! ????Thesepoor employees are way overworked! You obviously have the business coming in at night in the dining room, drive-thru, onlineorders of several food courier apps, so why not hire more help? ???? (Manager needs to considering hiring more help. This is thebusiest Subway location in this area, and employees are in charge of everything - prepping, making sandwiches, cashier,janitorial duties/sanitization, etc... these are employees, not slaves, please treat them well, give them breaks and pay themdecent!) This place is very hit-or-miss. I do like getting a quick sandwich after a workout at night, but this place isn't always fast,... even if I'm the only person in line. Sometimes it can take about ten minutes just to wait for one six-inch sub... Other times,but less often, I've received kind and quick service. Going here really is a gamble, although generally more bad than good frommy experience. Read more
