I have mixed feelings about this place, I work in the mall and I get coffee here every shift. The inconsistency of my coffee... ranges from good to bad every time when I get the same coffee every time. I don?t get how it could taste different when everyoneshould be following the same ingredients . Also there is a girl there who is super rude, I had asked her if she could pleasemake me another drink cause I didn?t like mine and she rudely said why what?s wrong with it and I said just doesn?t taste likethe norm etc and she was rude and had me take my sticker off drink to put on new one.. just very bad customer service. Love the Latte's. It's getting very expensive though! Where are the times when I could get the same Late for $2.50!? They're... pretty much double the price now. This is reducing my Starbucks visit to once a month. Read more
The employees are wonderful, kind, hardworking people who seem to be drowning in orders every time I'm there. I don't know if... they need more staff to be fully supported, or what, but I hate seeing the wonderful employees stressed out while buried underdrink orders. Orders take longer and are less consistent, plus they just don't get paid enough to be under that much stress. Read more
All staff members are great and had no problem welcoming me along with every single one of the customers who came in after me.... They're so friendly, they work quickly, and keep it fun. I saw many people laughing and smiling with the workers because oftheir joke of the day. I've found that there's not many coffee shops I am willing to sit down and do work in, but the employeeskeep this store clean and create a safe environment. Thank you! Read more
