Autumn was very rude, and upon ordering my regular drink, I was informed that starbucks does not in fact have a blond or light... roast. Perhaps this location does not carry the light roast, but to tell a customer their daily drink does not exist is poorcustomer service. It seemed to have greatly inconvenienced Autumn to have to make my drink, even though there were no otherpatrons in sight. Read more
