I should have known better honestly. The last 3 times I have gone to this Starbucks they have made my drinks wrong. First one I... ordered a Frappuccino crème for my daughter and I could tell the moment they handed it to me it was wrong, sure enough it hadcoffee in it. The last 2 times I went I ordered a pumpkin spice white chocolate mocha, was charged extra for the pumpkin saucebut given a plain white mocha. So honestly I knew better then to go here when I went today and yet again for the fourth time mydrink was wrong. I ordered again a pumpkin spice white mocha was charged for the extra sauce and was not even made a white mochabut a just a plain regular mocha. This Starbucks has definitely lost my business. Love there new drinks need to be opened longer little pricey and think they should offer more deals but the coffee is great

Ordered my iced coffee and they can't even fill it to the top. Ice costs them next to nothing. I suppose it's just easier to not... care about the customer in any fashion. Read more

Clean, speedy, but unreasonable. During COVID, the condiments are not set out for the public. Typically (during pre-COVID... times), there are three little containers (like salt shakers) with vanilla, cinnamon, and chocolate powders. When I order agrande Pike, I put about 1/2? of half-and-half, a few sugars, and top it off with a small sprinkle of vanilla. Since thecondiments are not out, I have to ask for those items. I only have trouble when I get to the vanilla powder. During COVID, mostStarbucks restaurants have been telling me they don?t have the regular vanilla powder. But then they say, ?But we have somevanilla bean powder. We can sprinkle a bit on there for you.? And then they do. This place didn?t offer me an alternative.They just said, ?We don?t have the vanilla powder.? So I said, ?Do you have vanilla bean powder?? The barista said,?Yes.? ?Just a sprinkle please. Just a pinch.? ?Well,? he said, ?that?ll be a fifty cent charge.? ?But all the other storesdo it for me. I just need a pinch.? ?Fifty cents.? ?Really?? I just sorta stared at him, dumbfounded. ?Really.? I made a fewmore hints, said it a few different ways, but he wouldn?t budge. So I didn?t get the fifty cent upgrade. Read more
I do mostly drive thru orders and the staff are polite and always greet with smile. The taste of the drinks is also pretty... consistent so I do enjoy going here at the beginning of my day! :) Read more
