We ordered two breakfast sandwiches with egg cheese bacon and ham. Requested to have the bagels toasted. The bagels were not... toasted, they were tasteless and doughy. The eggs were like a sponge, hard around the edges and covered with hardened cheese, indicating the sandwiches were microwaved. The eggs definitely were not freshly cracked, it appears they were pre-made. Itreminded us both of airplane food. We definitely do not recommend this place if you're looking for a good bagel sandwich! Read more

Seize the Bagel is pretty awesome. There's definitely a wide variety of staff. Some are awesome and some aren't. Lately there... have been some new faces that are exactly the kind of personable service that I hope for in any business. Mostly the service isstandard or maybe subpar, people just seem overworked and struggling and that doesn't equal good service. Overall the bagels andsandwiches are the best in town unless you get someone from their 'b' squad - which is the group that doesn't really seem tocare and aren't thinking about what it would be like to be the customer instead of the provider. This place is definitely worthtrying if you haven't already, just don't judge them too harshly off of one experience. Read more

The stars are simply because the staff was amazing and they offer vegan options. However the bagel was like trying to chew a... rubber ball. Paid way too much money for food that?s going in the trash. Thankfully I was able to salvage the vegan egg/cheeseside and ate that with much effort of my jaw. Definitely won?t be returning. Tons of vegan options for food and drink including bagels, sandwiches, salads, cream cheese, alternative milks, and pastries!... They had lots of seasonal options when we visited too. Highly recommend the pumpkin bagel and vegan pumpkin cream cheese! Theirvegan egg is one of the best I've had. Super friendly staff, and prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend! Read more

Rude employees and didn?t put love in the food. If you want to work in the kitchen industry, please at least leave your personal... issues outside of work. My girl and I went in asking if they had gluten free BAGELS and they said yes, so we ordered it. Turnedout it was just bread. I ran back to the store to double check and see if it can be remade as I was originally under theimpression it wasn?t gluten free. We can?t have gluten, so I had to made sure for our health. All the lady was like, ?you makeno sense. I know, because I made it. It?s bread. We don?t have gluten free bagels. If you want it remade, pay for it? I was justasking for clarification and she had no patience. The person who made it was different than the one who did absolutely tell usthey had gluten free bagels. Way too much cream cheese and the salmon looked old. I work in a kitchen too, so I know how toidentify meat. Hers was soggy and I mean.. just soggy. DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE and a complete waste of my money that I can?tafford in this pandemic. But I wanted to try it, horrible. Just horrible. Read more

Coming from Chicago, bagels are a religious experience for me. I can confirm that these are hands down the best bagels in PNW. I... come here weekly for religious taste bud experiences. Never have I been let down. The bagels are baked fresh daily and are softand scrumptious, all the different cream cheese flavors are out of this world for both vegan and non vegan options. Thesandwiches are all delicious; though I stay true to my lox and bagel on a toasted jalapeño cheddar bagel with chive creamcheese. I bring my family here when they come to town and we stock up on bagels and spreads for the week. Did I mention thatoften you?re able to get 2 dollar half dozen bags of day old bagels which freeze great!! Over all 10:10 I can?t speak highlyenough about the delicious food, and staff that are some of the kindest folks I?ve ever met at a restaurant! Read more

I went from being a regular customer to being one that will not be returning. We ordered Uber Eats yesterday, 3/5. Our order... was wrong, which is not a huge deal. Mistakes happen. But then as my partner and I were eating our bagel sandwiches, we noticedthey had what appeared to be old guacamole (likely from the prep counter not being properly cleaned) on our bagels, on theunderside. It is obvious someone working did not do their due diligence to prevent cross contamination. It was also very clearthat the bagels we received were old. They were very tough and difficult to eat. It is now 3/6 and we have terrible foodpositioning! I am hoping we hear back from an owner here or I will be talking to the health department. It?s lucky no one in ourhome had an allergy to avocado, or this situation would have been even worse. Note to owners: I?m glad you are all expanding.Make sure you don?t lose sight of how your operations are running. You lost several regular customers yesterday. CROSSCONTAMINATION IS NOT A JOKE. People can get hurt or seriously sick. Just because you are a bagel shop and work with breadsdoesn?t mean you get to ignore all of the health regulations that are in place to keep your customer safe. Decent little cafe. The cold brew coffee was decent, they had self serve creamer after you pay which is nice. The bagel was... expensive, but tasted pretty fresh. The obviously compensated for the price by trying to put 1lb of cream cheese on it, which Ihad to scrap some of it off. The inside setting was nice, plenty tables and spots to sit. Would be a good place to bring agroup of friends to chill and drink a coffee. Read more
