Honestly never paid for ranch at round table when ordering 50 plus dollars in pizza. Have always been welcomed to self serve a... few cups and I always there them a five dollar bill or more... Well tonight instead of getting their five or ten dollar tip theycharged me 1.2 per each cup.. and we had over fifty in pizza already. I've never had this issue at any other locations ever. Iam an avid round table lover from California to Washington and this is actually the first time it's happened. Even if it's asshe said "absolutely policy" which made me want to stick with my location that I won't even disclose in this review. If youcan't self serve ranch at a pizza chain as large as this with salad bar.. when the xl is now over 40 you can't have mybusiness. Prices have become prohibitively expensive. Service has degraded significantly since pandemic began. Seems like high turnover of... employees. Pizza is mediocre, at best. Not a good value, no matter how you slice it(Pun intended!), especially since theyrecently eliminated their Veterans' Discount. Greedy Owner! Read more

It so dead for a Thursday and we were so packed when I worked there. The makeline sucked....looked so dirty and the cashier... looked like she was on something. They weren't very social with customers. The pizza didn't look half as good as the way it waswhen I worked there. The toppings weren't evenly spread out on the pizza correctly. Read more

6/30/22 @ 9:30pm I just wanna say the 2 female employees who were working at the time deserve a raise! They both looked so... exhausted and miserable from working so so HARD on making orders on time. This is the first time I?ve been disappointed in Round Table. It?s our family tradition to get pizza for my late dad?s birthday.... I ordered this pizza online to be picked up at 6:30pm. I got there a little late at 6:48pm and I was told that the pizza wasstill in the oven. I was fine with it because at least my pizza was going to be hot even though I was late. At 7pm, my pizza wasready and I drove home. I felt the box and it wasn?t very hot, but still I had high hopes. I got home, opened the boxes to servemy family and I was sooo disappointed. My pizza was undercooked with not a lot of toppings and the breadsticks were inedible(seriously hard as a rock), with no flavor, or maybe the garlic had been cooked off... I?m not sure, but it was basically $7overcooked pizza crust. Growing up my Dad would order pizza from Round Table every payday. It was something we looked forward toevery other week. Pizza night! After tonight though, I could of gotten better quality pizza from Little Caesars for a fractionof the price. I wasn?t bothered by the wait time, I know things are stressful under our current situation and everything beingclosed, but the quality of this meal was terrible.
