We sat in the bar to be seated right away, and Kristen. Our waitress was really friendly, helpful kind, and we appreciated. She... cleaned off the booth for us so that we could sit there when we walked up.. There was really nothing bad about this experience,but there was a few things that surprised us and one was how long that we waited for food because it was just so much longerthan usual and unfortunately my burger was not piping hot like every other time which was a bit disappointing . Also, my wifeasked for crispy bacon and she got very own crispy bacon. Food was good. Overall in service was good overall as well and asalways, we really enjoy red Robin and will keep coming back, but it just wasn?t as good as it usually is and it was a surprise. Read more

Red Robin has, in my experience, been a hit or miss establishment. Sometimes the service is superb and order accurate...... sometimes - not. This location offered perhaps the BEST service and interaction I've ever had! Food arrived fast, and wasaccurate! I will intentionally go out of my way to come back! Well done!! Read more

Amazing customer service. We were quick to be seated. Staff assisted us frequently enough to make sure we always had what we... needed, but not so much that we got annoyed. Bottomless drinks and fries is amazing. I highly recommend eating here. Read more

Dirty, filthy place served by snobby cooks and waitresses. They really need to clean things up! Never comming back! Now about... food... Fries tasted stale, more like re-heated. Burgers had way too much mayo, everything was slapped together with no care inthe world. Burger meat tasted like a dirty grill. Chicken sandwich that my wife got was undercooked and blubbery. Ordered two brisket burgers, one of them was modified as I just had oral surgery and my diet is restricted. My burger was made... improperly and inedible. We ordered cod and chips as well which wasn?t even included in the bag. They were completely out ofsteak fries and instead gave us very thin stale hard fries that were also inedible. On top of it all, today is my birthday and Iinformed the order taker of this as my meal would be free. We paid full price for everything and didn?t even get close to whatwe wanted. The wait was a bit long,but we were a party of 25???????????????? the service was GREAT. Our waitress killed it big shout out to... her.. plus the place and it's customers put up with us. We were loud and laughing and signing happy birthday and ruined thatwhole thing.. they let us bring in a cake and cupcakes if your wondering.. The whole experience plus the wait in the beginningwas worth it.. big bar with lots of options to choose from, just ask my party ????.. highly recommend.. it does get packedthough So I would go a bit early for dinner.. I rather enjoyed my burger ???? it was really good. Had a strong grilled flavor that I loved! The burger was also a decent size.... My biggest complaint was the fries. The portion size wasn?t the biggest. I would have liked a lil more seeing how much it was.The fries also tasted a lil old but at the same time I ordered the food pretty close to closing soo I won?t judge them to hardfor that.
