The manager, Deborah, was incredibly rude and flat out disrespectful. I ordered by Uber eats and didn?t receive two of my large... orders of beans/rice so I called and asked if I could get something in return for me having to go pick up my missing items andall she kept saying was NO. She was very rude and had an attitude. If I wanted to drive there I wouldn?t have ordered from Ubereats. She is very unprofessional. My order is always wrong. Sometimes it is correct but it is ALWAYS wrong. We understand it is fast food but if you that slow... maybe you should slow it down so people don?t waste there $. Rather have a cold meal then an incorrect meal. For months it hasbeen this way with this store. For the drive thru and for Grubhub! I was running errands, mom calls and asked me to bring her a chicken sandwich home. Okay. Pulling up the drive thru line is... long, so I go in. No one says anything to me. I wait probably a good eight minutes. The dinning area had 2 other customers andmyself. I watched them busily filling drive thru orders. I contemplated leaving then the manager comes forward and takes myorder. A original chicken sandwich and a lemonade. 6.50$ It took them 15 minutes to get my order. I'm a huge Popeyes fan, especially for the spicy chicken sandwich and their cajun fries with blackened ranch, but I've always... been displeased with the general service from their establishments. However, this location, hands-down, is the most professionaland efficient I've seen. Only Popeyes where the line moves along fairly fast and I've never had to wait outside the building formy food to come out after going through the drive-through. They've never messed up my orders either. It's a bit out of the wayfrom where I live, but kind of worth the drive. So much better than the other Vancouver locations. Read more
The chicken here is very good. My kids loved it. It is very flaky and crispy. We bought the 8-piece meal and everything was hot... and fresh. The line was rather long to get our food, but it did finally come. The weight was on the fries. Others who arewaiting in line said that it is normal for them to be backlogged.
