Delicious pho broth!!! Just right. Perfect balance of spice and depth. Highly recommend. Tendon was great (highly recommended,... thick slice and very soft), brisket was great. Meatball is a bit more tendon-y (as opposed to smooth consistency) than othermeatball we?re used to, if you?re into that sort of thing. Fried rice was good, strong pepper-y note, and fluffy. I was in the area shopping, so I stopped in and ordered a salad roll with shrimp and pork. It's the best salad roll I've had in... a long time. It was very fresh, and had aromatic herbs just like I like. The peanut sauce was very tasty too! Sometimesrestaurants put too much spice in their peanut sauce for my taste, but this was just right for me. This is our favorite restaurant in Vancouver. The pho is incredible, but I highly recommend branching out and trying any of the... rice or vermicelli dishes with meat and sauce.
