Do no waste your money here. This is a side of extra sauce, each of which is an additional cost to their already overpriced,... bland pasta dishes. This is about 2 tbps worth, definitely not worth the price of extra sauce. Will NEVER eat here again. Read more
I went here to pick up dinner last week with my youngest kiddo and I wasn't sure what to get, so I was looking at the menu just... inside the door. The most amazing employee, Cat, came up and helped me with recommendations (which were spot on, by the way!).Cat was such a great person and the customer service provided was top notch. First time here and we were pretty impressed. This is definitely very casual dining and atmosphere but they had some good vegan... options and generally just a lot of range with their menu. We sat outside on the patio which was really nice and our food cameout very quickly. We were disappointed that they didn't have any beers or ciders but it wasn't a deal breaker. We decided to try Noodles and Co last night while staying in Vancouver at a hotel. We ordered for delivery, sadly we had a few... items missing. Our kids drinks were missing and an ingredient in our salad was missing. I called them and the way they handledthe situation was the best I have ever experienced. The manager admitted to their own mistake, didn't blame his employees. I gotrefunded for the kids meals and the salad, which honestly wasn't what I was expecting. The food was beyond delicious and weliterally have nothing left. Thank you for making things right! Truly best company I've ever seen. We will be getting food fromhere again! Their manager needs a raise, I've never seen a manager admit their wrongs, make it right and try to fix it the bestway possible. Read more
One of my favorite casual restaurants, I've been going here for a couple of years and the quality has never dwindled. Noodles... and Company has a very diverse pasta menu, though the quality of specific items vary (obviously, they don't make authentic Asiannoodles), the quality of the restaurant is consistent. It's clean with fast and efficient service, and I haven't had my ordersscrewed up like at the location by the mall. I'll be continuing to buy from this restaurant whenever I'm craving some quick andcheap pasta. I'm a big fan of the pesto and the alfredo dishes. Read more
We went in to try the new zucchini noodles. They are delicious! I had Pad Thai & my husband had the steak stroganoff. Both had a... side salad with jalapeno ranch dressing YUM!
