Rating 4 stars because I?ve had multiple good experiences before at different locations. For my last visit though, if I remove... banana form an order (which is $1 to add) and replace it for almond butter (also $1 to add) that I shouldn?t be charged extra? Isaw the charge on the screen and asked about it before paying and the person just said that it?s the cost. I chose to not tipinstead because I usually tip $1 per drink. I know it?s only a dollar difference but was just a bit of a bummer. Read more

It all looks great, but the girl handling my customer's order wasn't very friendly. Made me not want to try it myself.
