The Nekter crew at Chkalov in Vancouver is efficient and friendly. I have experienced a wait for a smoothie ordered online when... they had a receipt, I arrived well after the time it was supposed to be ready, and they couldnt find the drink. But they made itright away and took care of me. Otherwise, my orders have been ready and timely. I have a regular order and its always tasty. Read more
7/6/2022 11:26am Cashier: Arina *Highly Not Recommended* First time here and I have to say I am very un impressed with the... service, and due to the horrible service the drink did not taste all that great either. As soon as we walked through the door,no one was at the register. All 3 girls were in the back doing other things ignoring us in the front for 10 full minutes andwhen someone else came in thats when one of the girls came out and serviced them before us. Very unprofessional how you girlsput others above others. I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone else to come here unless you want to be treated likeyou are very unimportant. From all of my 12+ years of customer service, assistant management training and food service, theemployees reflect upon the Management/Owner of the establishment which in my opinion needs a lot of work in making sure thatpeople come before things. If I was going to spend $18 on 2 drinks and recieve this kind of service, I would rather make my owndrinks at home. Read more
Super bummed about 2 things. 1. Is the inability to do call in orders, they told me that?s corporate rules. 2. The wait time... being 20+ minutes and the inaccuracy of the mobile order time frame. I put in my mobile order at 12:13 and the time said itwould be available by 12:30 and now I?ve been standing in here waiting and it?s 12:41. Now I don?t personally blame anyone, butI do hold the company responsible for the lack of machines accessible to the staff. There should be a better system thanthis. As someone who has worked in this type of industry I know the importance of system and functionality. The set up insideis designed for 1 person every now and then, but is completely flawed once a line is generated, then throw in the mobile ordersand the wait time becomes more than excessive. The staff was very kind, hard working, and in my mind deserve to be treatedbetter. There is not enough machines and not enough people for all they have to do. To Nektar as a corporation, please find asolution if you care about your people. Because they are the only reason I even gave this company a 1 star. Read more
Pretty frustrated. I love the bowls. I placed an online order that said it would be ready at 3:09pm. I went inside at 3:12pm.... The girl working said it would only be a few more minutes. I sat down and waited another 20 minutes. I finally went up to thecounter and asked if it was ready yet and they couldn't find it. They had the reciept for the order but didn't know where itwas. I didn't have time to wait for them to make another one, especially seeing how slow they were at making things and beingmore focused on social conversations with eachother. I asked for a refund and they said they can't refund until Monday when themanager is in. So, not only did I waste time and fuel but had to return to work in 90° weather, hungry, out the $13 to havesomething else delivered to my job site. Read more
Nice and clean location. I had the Acai Mango Bowl to give this place a try. It was not my normal dessert/drinks, but looked... promising. The staff said I would like the Mango Bowl and sure enough, it was delicious. A good replacement for your typicalbreakfast or after a good workout. Definitely would come back. Read more
Nekter juices and smoothie bowls are delicious. They offer a lot of different flavors and high-quality ingredients. I always... feel like I'm making a healthy and smart choice when I get breakfast from here. My main complaints are that I think it's quiteoverpriced here, and I'm not particularly pleased that Nekter doesn't allow for topping substitutions like similar places do. Ilike this branch a lot because I always receive good service here. My food and drinks are quickly made, but they're never messedup. The service is usually pretty friendly. Read more
I called to request a to-go order and was told that company policy is "No to-go orders over the phone" Soooo, I went on line to... place my order. I found it very difficult to navigate the the ordering system. I asked for a plastic spoon but did not get one.I did not get a napkin either! On the other hand, we called YUMM Bowl and they were more that happy to take our order over thephone. Our to-go order came with a plastic fork and napkins. As a retired restaurateur, I can emphatically say that you need toimprove your customer service! Read more
