Prime times there can be a line at the drive thru but yesterday non prime time I was able to pull thru rather quickly.

So like the common people we are we order through the app me and my wife. And we wait and wait and I get my order after 10... minutes and my wife ordered before me a 10-piece and two drinks question is why does my wife's food have to sit out and waitwhile nobody is trying to hand it out or even say the number. We were not the only customers that were waiting for a longperiod. this other group of people were waiting longer than we in their vehicle in the pickup spot. I asked for the restroom code as soon as I walked in, punched in 815 on the Bathroom Door Security System and washed my hands,... as is normal at any restaurant. Sat at Table and did my mobile order. The Employee brought my order to the table and I wasthere 20 minutes, during those 20 minutes a lady with her daughter tried to use the restroom but were Denied Access because theOwner is a Douche. I thought the lady was going to go on herself, so I told her the code. When she and her daughter walked outof the restroom, she thanked me and said, "I have never seen one of those before." 3 orders and 2 were wrong. Had to have 2 burgers redone and I didn't realize till I was down the road that I received sweet tea... non unsweetened. The manager also put the 2 incorrect burgers I opened and looked at back on the food line for the nextcustomer. They were not tossed out. So disgusted that I have to stop after going through a drive thru and check my order at allMcDonalds. 80% of the time the order is wrong. Read more
I went to this McDonald's (710 NE 98th Cir, Vancouver, WA 98665) to pick up an order for Doordash on 7.14th.2022 at almost 8pm.... While waiting because it was a very hot and humid day, I tried to order a Fanta Freeze from the kiost but was having problempaying for it with my debit card. I asked one employee for assistance, he said he's on his break and told me to ask otheremployees to help me with it. Okay fine. I asked couple other employees who was there to help me to pay for my selection at thekiosk because I've never used it before and couldn't figured it out. They both just looked at each other and acted as if theydidn't hear me or understand what I was saying. I was about to say something else then there's another employee, a girl cameover by me and said "you gotta press the submit button" I responded thinking this girl was trying to help me out, "but I don'tsee any submit button on here?" This girl looked at me angrily and kept saying about I have to "hit thr submit button" but shewas not a very nice person and just doesn't know how to make sure people whom she spoke to can understand what's she's talkingabout. I was still confused, not getting any help on paying for my Fanta free drink, and my Doordash order was ready so I wentto grab the bag and said to all three employees, "okay well nevermind I don't know what you're talking about, but I gotta go."Then I grabbed the bag that was made for Doordasb delivery and attempted to leave. The 1 dude yanked the brown bag back from me,and the girl went to my face and said, "I will not let you get this until I personally see you hit that submit button!" I stilldidn't understand what submit button she talked about. Drive Thru was kinda slow and not working well. The young lady who brought food out was awesome.
