First of all it is a McDonald's. There is nothing fancy about it. This location is horrible. The wait for the food is bove the... normal time to get my order. Food was luke warm. The female bathroom had pools of pee on the floor that made it not able to beused. The play place had a pool of liquid in front of the trash that took multiple times of telling them about. In the time Iwas at the restaurant, all they did was put safety cones out to warn of the spill but not clean it. Read more
When using the drive-thru, you have people pull forward way too often. I've even had to pull forward when there was absolutely... no one behind me. And of course you didn't give me any napkins. Also, what happened to breakfast all day? Read more
They made me pull ahead due the wait time on nuggets. No big deal right? Except the nuggets didn't make it into my order!! Drove... clear home to find out the 10pc I ordered wasn't even in the bag. Waited 45 min for our food. For a fast food place it was not ok. We ate in, drive through was just as bad. People that were... being pulled in drive through were coming in after 30 min looking for their food. Food was messy and cold when we got it. We hadto ask for a table to to be cleaned so we could sit down. Lady working just had one excuse after another and did not even offera apology. Read more
Was at the ordering speaker and wanted to change my order the lady said she already sent the order so I have to ask at the... window. No wonder they are losing Market share they don?t even try to be nice Or say thank you. I was lucky to get a here yougo. Read more
They're decent. Definitely have a better experience ordering thru the app and picking up versus being in line and yelling an... order thru the speaker. Like many McDonald's though, if you ask for extra sauce on something prepare for it to be swimming init, and to make enough of a mess you regret asking for it. The McChicken is a hit and miss; it needs mayonnaise and if you trustthem to add the right amount (or ask for no lettuce) it's barely existing; ask for extra mayonnaise and it's an absurd quantity.I understand something that is custom slows orders a bit but that kind of retaliation is really uncalled for. I don't have many memorable experiences here, though I give it props for not having a long line and delivering my order quickly... during a fairly busy breakfast time this morning. Honestly its McDonalds, not bad food but not good food. The consitency of McDonald's was not on point today, food was ok but... customer service was way below average. We ordered food we had to remind them of, namely an apple pie, had to ask more thenonce for the dipping sauce we ordered, and we had to ask multiple times for enough straws for 5 drinks. The thing that keeps uscoming back in all honesty is this McDonald's (Mill Plain) has a play structure and I have younger children. Tidyness was okbut not great. The handicap stall/changing station was rather lacking - 3 occasions to be in there and pee on the floor and nopaper towels each time spaced out over an 1.75 hours. I don't expect McDonald's to be more then a short distraction in my day(grandma was trying to spoil my kids and it worked) however, I do think it possible for it to be better than it was. Read more
