I actually refuse to eat here because Jimmy John is a big game poacher and I refuse to add money to his account for him to go to... Africa and shoot a rhino. I only walk by it and Google maps wants my review. I don't know how the food or service is. Sorry. Read more

Order Jimmy John's at the mall last night my daughter runs in to grab the order I'm sitting in the car with my granddaughter And... I watched a gentleman and a red Chevy pull up driving all crazy parks on the wrong side of the road right in front of the doorsdoes a fat knob deal right in front of Jimmy John's And sells fat and all to like a 14 year old child you're old child and thengoes inside and orders Jimmy John's like there's nothing wrong So just be aware of your surroundings when you're in that areaevidently not a good area anymore Read more

Really tasty sandwiches. I love the BLT , the bread is so good. As long as you want it there way, don't expect to special order... anything like toasted bread. Read more

I dont know if it?s just me, but for some reason I always seem to have a bad experience here with the workers, always just a bad... attitude. Food is good and it?s out in a timely matter just poor interactions. Read more

Slowest JJ's I've ever been to. They weren't even busy and the three of us have been standing here waiting for our food for a... bit and they forgot the bacon on a Club Lulu.... Update, after about a year I decided to maybe try it again and I would saythis experience was worse. I ordered the food ahead of time for pickup and it wasn't ready. I waited in line just to ask howlong the wait would be and the cashier who presumably is even the manager based on how she spoke to everybody, but we'll getback to that later, was taking forever. I was told that my order wasn't quite ready yet so I took a seat. While waiting there agentleman behind me came up and tried to order a pickle because he decided that after he got his sandwich he wanted a pickle aswell. The cashier turned to the crew and began yelling at them for not giving the poor man his pickle and when they repliedsaying he never ordered one she started yelling at them more that he did indeed order the pickle and they should have given himthe pickle and has she apparently seems to be flabbergasted that nobody gave him a pickle. She sat there gas lighting the crewmore about the pickle only for the old man to interject telling her he never ordered the pickle in the first place and decidedhe wanted one. If she's a manager and treats her staff that way, that's horrifying. If she's just a sandwich maker alongside therest of them and is treating her co-workers that way that might be just as bad Read more

This child named Lewis parked, with expired tags, in mine and my neighbor's parking spots and became hostile when asked to move... his vehicle. He refused to move his car when told that the spots he was parked in were for two specific residents. He said, "Iliterally do not care, I do this all the time." Seemed very confident in his behavior including getting up in my husband's facewhen he tried tp talk to him. Funny how Lewis silenced right up when I started filming him, indicating he knew deep down he waswrong. He almost hit my vehicle trying to pull out, of course. It didn't have to be like this. Having lived here for manyyears, delivery drivers park in my spot all the time and are usually way more chill than this kid. No one has ever thrown ajuvenile fit like he did. Neither me nor my neighbor were the ones that ordered and I'm definitely never ordering from them now.I wasnt rude to him, since the markings that indicate the spot assignment to residents isn't clearly marked. It almost seemedlike he *wanted* to argue. Even my 14-year-old said the guy was clearly misbehaving, saying Lewis was as mature as a middleschooler. I'm inclined to agree. Silver Toyota Camry, Washington license plate "BWZ0967" tags expired 2/22. Read more

I had a not so good experience last night. There was a couple ladies with colored hair and another person with short hair. They... were so extremely rude. No thank you no kindness. Just cold. Acted like I was a burden for even ordering. When I did order, theyall three were making of fun very loudly about the sandwich I ordered OFF YOUR MENU, saying it?s weird and who would buy that. Iwas standing right there. My husband was with me and took me out of the store. I was made to feel stupid, embarrassed and notwelcome. Jimmy John?s is actually my favorite sandwich place... I would go there more than once a week but never again. Nothanks:) I think I will spend my money on a place that doesn?t make fun of what I order (again off the stores menu) or give medirty looks. Do better with staffing please. Read more

I failed to consider the closing time before placing my online order, instead of giving me any grief or telling me to kick... rocks, the dude nicely called me and told me they were closed and offered me a window of time I could still get them, I gotthere in time and as per our conversation the door was still unlocked, and I found my sandwiches right there waiting for me.They were as delicious as always. In the words of a super-genius I?m acquainted with - ?When I eat it, the flavors like go allinto my mind and like?move my mind around.? SOURCES : ?I am the real Jimmy John Read more
