I hate leaving bad reviews on places I like to eat at, and it should be known the only reason I'm leaving this review is because... I have had back yo back bad experiences with this Jimmy John's. The first time the driver simply left my delivery at my door andleft no inclination that it had been delivered after being expressly asked to do so... fine mistake I'm good with that. Todayhowever I ordered my sandwich at 1:38pm I called at 2pm because I hadn't received any notification that it had been made or leftthe store. I called the store and the guy told me it must be a glitch because the sandwich was out already. So then I'msurprised when at 2:08pm I receive a notification that it just left the store. Finally, at 2:34pm I'm annoyed enough to callagain as I still haven't received my order and there was no delivery notification. The person who answers the phone promptlysays "hold please" and then sets the phone down. After waiting on hold for 6 minutes I hang up and call back getting the samegent from the first call. This time he admits the order must have been delivered to the wrong spot. To his credit he offered mea free side but honestly I just want my sandwich in under an hour. His excuse was "sometimes glitches happen". Won't be orderingdelivery from these guys again. Read more
I call this jimmy johns 2-3 maybe even 4x a week repeat the same order everyone is pleasant.. today Zane or whoever?s first day... on the phone and he was a complete unprofessional and makes me never want to order form particular store again, I?m making acorporate complaint as well cause he should be fired for how we spoke to me on the phone .. thank god it was not in person Read more
I love the food from Jimmy John?s. Unfortunately, my last delivery order took over 40 minutes to arrive to the point that our... soft drinks had no ice left. I ordered a simple turkey tom as I can?t eat pork anymore. My sandwich was made up of salami andanother Italian ham. No turkey anywhere. This is not the first, or the second time that my delivery orders have been incorrectfrom this store. I would like to continue ordering from here, but quality checks are needed. Read more

Came into the store to get a sandwich and they are out of turkey lame but no big deal and not the employees fault . Got a ham... sandwich instead with double meat and I asked and made sure they knew to not put tomato?s on the sandwich about 3 times beforeasking one more time as they were handing it to me which they replied of course not . Sandwich had 2 slices of ham andtomato?s all over it ???????????. Emt supervisor was behind me who had put in an order an hour prior and they did not have itdone for him and he had to go on a call so he was very not happy . This store has a sign on the door about how the whole worldis short staffed and to make sure and be nice because of it but at what point can some accountability be taken . This was not abusy store maybe 3 people inside .It is as if the sign is a warning that mistakes will be made regularly and to expect thatthere will be problems with your food . We have eaten at this location before and have never been disappointed till tonight. Yes the service was fast but the sandwiches... were smaller then usual. Less meat on a giant lulu for that price we would rather stay home and make our own. Read more
