Ordered two big party boxes, two days in advance. When I arrived at pick up time, they had not been started due to another... large order being worked on. The staff were nice and did complete the order within 15 min. I had specified no mayo on them, butwhen we served them about 3 hours later, they all had mayo, which by that time made them soggy and hard to eat. This store used to be fine but the last couple times I?ve ordered the delivery times have been at least 45 minutes. The worst... was a two hour wait. I?ve called twice to ask what the hold up was and both times they were waiting on the driver to get back.If you?re that busy maybe hire another driver. Read more
I called in my order here and ordered a Club Lulu with no sauce. However when it arrived it had Mayo on both sides. I figured... no big deal and called them. The same gentleman answers the phone and I explained what happened. He asks "well what's on it?"I said unfortunately it has Mayo on both sides. He stated that Mayo isn't a sauce and left it at that.
