I love Jersey Mike's but sadly this specific location does not live up to that reputation. First off, their bread can be a real... hit or miss in terms of quality as others have mentioned. Second, they always seem to be missing half of their menu online (forthis store specifically) so online ordering is confusing and doesn't list most of the good options on there. That aspect hasbeen extremely frustrating. Hopefully they will figure out how to technology and I'll come back to this store in the future.Until then, I'll be going to the store in hazel dell even if it is a little bit further out. Read more

Today, when at the Jersey Mike?s Subs, I was taken by complete surprise by what I can only describe as ?The best customer... service and social interaction experience ?EVER!? Pino, the Lead Shift Manager, extended such patients, kindness and generosityat a time when I, along with so many others, have experienced over the last couple years, hardship and loss with everythingthat has happened. You Sir have not only made my day but have given me a priceless experience I could honestly say wasabsolutely needed the most. Thank you so much. Also, I apologize for needing to rush out, the incredible kindness andspectacular customer service you provided had me feeling very emotional and choked up. Good sandwiches. The are expensive, but they are a cut above subway. And Jimmy John's is a joke. The bread is slightly harder... then I'd like, but doesn't ruin the sandwich. This location makes a huge size sub, I've bought the giant a few times now andeven though it's 20$, they really load it up. Definitely worth it, if your in a sub mood. Read more
