Can we just talk about what it means to decide to go out for a sandwich on a Thursday night post-pandemic at 8pm? We just... wanted a #3 and a #5 whatever size at the moment. The OPEN sign light isn?t lit so we are curious. It is only 8pm, 8:04 to beexact. Both Google and the stickers on their door say they are open til 9pm. It is 8pm. I am very much aware I repeatedthat. For the Jersey Mike?s @ Hazel Dell it means us parking and seeing four employees on their phones either standing orsitting at a booth. There are no customers save us. We queue, as directed. Lady behind the counter says the only bread they haveis rosemary or wheat. We thank her then leave as we were after white bread for our sammies. As we approach the door she saysthey have white bread for online orders only. Um. First, I need to find where in my area is the color blue. /s But also, whendid online orders get to have white bread but it is not available for us walk-in folks? What the actual. So this place paysfour people to sit on their phones and provide really just not great/any customer service, nice cost management there! If whitebread is available for that online order, shouldn?t it be available for a neighborhood couple looking for a yummy sammich on adrive-by whim? Guess where we ain?t going back to. It was my first time thinking of getting dinner from this place.Checked the menu online, hot portabella cheese steak sounded... amazing, drove here just to be told they don't have any portabella mushrooms!!!!! No "sorry for the inconvenience" or anythinglike that. $54 for 3 sandwiches really not worth it, you mostly tasting vinegar thru out the whole sandwich. Read more

Came in for late lunch at 3pm. All tables were empty and really dirty. Trash on floor and extra workforce standing idle. What... happened to trying to keep the place wiped down and swept up. Disappointing as we love coming here. Might not be back unlessthey clean it up. Read more
Disappointed in this location. It's my birthday and their program it says any free sub. Does not mention size. I ordered a sub... and they got my order wrong. I even had to pay for it. Free is not free and their program is misleading. They also told me Ineed 80 points on top of my birthday to be free. Lastly, they rushed me out the door no condiments were added even when I asked.Save your money and avoid this location. Read more
This team is amazing! During a lunch rush, short staffed, they got things handled quickly and professional. When a ?Ken? of a... customer ordered, got upset that they didn?t have French fries and left during the order. Came back and harassed the staff fornot having his order ready. They held their composure and took care of business. People don?t disrespect those that make yourfood. Greatly appreciate the team at the Hazel Dell location! Show up at 8:45pm and there are three employees and no customers in there. I want to order two giants and they told me on line... orders only and they are closing early due to staff shortage. My wife and I buy alot of sandwiches. This has happened manytimes. Read more
