My husband and I come here on occasion because it?s convenient and close. Normally it?s about what you would expect from a Jack... In the Box. No major issues. However, who ever you had working on 11/21/2022 at around 11 pm needs a raise. They put their wholeJacussy into the meal prepared for us and it was a surreal experience. The only downside is now I?m scared that no other mealwill live up to what we have just consumed. Read more
They often make mistakes here with the orders and they don?t like to recognize it. I suggest you guys be careful in the drive... thru cause they can mix up your orders more preferable go inside and make your orders. Read more
Please have the lights on in your store front if you are going to make delivery drivers walk in to pick up the food order at... night. I do not feel safe being asked to walk into a dark store front at night to pick up customers food nor is it professional. Read more
I've been coming to the Jack since 2011. Always very friendly customer service and the food is not "thrown" together. I will say... that the owner might want to improve the exterior of the building. Several places looks like it's coming apart. Read more
COVID is over and this is ridiculous. Not one employee has a mask. The cleanliness is gross. With no dinning room, you would... think the kitchen would be clean. No restrooms. No self serve beverage. Just lock the doors. Jack and the box has gone togarbage in SW Washington!! Read more
I've been going to this jack in the box once almost every week for years after work and order pretty much the same thing. 2... orders of fries and 2 jr. Bacon cheeseburgers. I always ask for enough ranch for my order (1 packet per item) The manager whotook my order who I've never seen in all the years only would give me enough for the fries. It wouldn't have been enough towrite a review. But both burgers were missing bacon and were super dry. The staff was having a loud argument the entire timethey prepared my food. I ordered 2 extra breakfast sandwiches spending almost $30 on 6 items. That is the last time i will buyanything at this location. The fries were really good at least. Read more
Well, walked into this jack in the box and there was a sign on the window that said 5.99 double bacon jack combo, I said I want... that like 4 times and she kept saying #5combo and I'd point to the window and said the 5.99 combo she said yes. The rest of myfamily ordered, than I paid and looked at the receipt and she charged me 11.29 for a #5 I told her she charged me wrong and shefinally said we don't give money back I can give you another meal for free.
